This DVD explores some of the ways in which teachers can encourage self-assessment by students and, as a precursor to self-assessment, examines the role that can be played by peer feedback in the classroom.
It contains video clips of interviews with teachers and students about self-assessment and peer feedback, as well as classroom footage and a number of tools which can be used by teachers in the classroom to encourage both of these practices.
