Thinking Globally

An informative description of global education in the early years with six chapters of cross-curricular activities. Thinking Globally includes chapters exploring linking with others, personal identity, dimensions of change, social justice, rights and sustainable futures. Activities model a variety of ways of adding a global perspective to current programs and are organised around three levels of thinking.

The book comes with a CD-ROM of materials to support teachers. The CD includes a collection of photographs, some of The Le@rning Federation  learning objects and related teaching activities, templates for thinking activities, an annotated list of picture storybooks and a video modelling good global education in the classroom.
