Images introduces young Australians to the diversity of The Arts in a number of Asian countries. Festivals, costumes, symbols, kites and puppets provide stimulating insights into other cultures while simultaneously developing students` appreciation and awareness of their own. The activities at the end of chapters provide opportunities for students to extend their artistic skills and apply what they have learnt to their own work.
