This guide provides a rich selection of practical teaching and learning activities which support and extend the `Snapshots of Asia` big books in the primary classroom. The guide focuses on using the Snapshots of Asia texts as a basis for developing literacy and for improving students` knowledge and understanding of Asian people and places.
The guide contains activities for English, Maths, Arts and Studies of Society and Environment; choice of curriculum planning approaches which use either topics or a country-specific study as a starting point; and blackline masters to support the student activities.
